The French midfielder is hot property after winning the World Cup
Juventus will attempt to re-sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United.
The midfield star started his career in the youth ranks at Old Trafford before initially signing for Juve in 2012.
He then returned to United in 2016, but now could be offered a transfer back to Italy.
According to the Mirror, the Old Lady expressed their interest to Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola, having already completed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
The Serie A champions are set for a clear-out to fund both moves, with Miralem Pjanic, Gonzalo Higuain, Daniele Rugani and Mattia Caldara all said to be on their way out of the club.
They then want to secure Pogba’s signature, with their aim being for him to team up with Ronaldo and convert their Italian domestic supremacy into elusive European success.
It is understood that the talk was initially generated by Raiola himself, who contacted multiple top European clubs back in January to see who could be interested in signing his client.
Juventus have not been shy about confirming their interest in the 25-year-old.
