It’s not clear whether Fabregas is a part of Maurizio Sarri’s plans following the arrivals of Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic in the summer
AC Milan are considering an approach for Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas in January.
Fabregas was linked with a departure from Stamford Bridge in the summer but a move away never materialised.
But according to Corriere dello Sport, the Serie A club will test Chelsea’s resolve again when the window re-opens.
And the Blues could be tempted to cash in on the midfielder as his contract with the club expires next summer.

The 31-year-old has not featured for Chelsea in the Premier League under new boss Maurizio Sarri because of injury but it remains unclear whether he’s part of the Italian’s plans after the arrivals of Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic.
His only appearance this season was in Chelsea’s 2-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Community Shield.
The Spaniard joined the west London club in 2014 from Barcelona and a fresh start in Italy could reignite his career.
