Why didn't my bet win?
Please check our Betting Rules page to understand how different bet types are settled. Match Winner bets are based on 90 minutes only (no extra time).
When are bets settled?
Bets are typically settled within 2 hours after a match finishes. Sometimes there may be delays if we're waiting for official results to be confirmed.
