By accessing and using Premier League Online ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You may only have one account per person
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. Play Money & Purchases

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All currency on this Platform is virtual "play money"
• You may purchase additional play money to top up your balance
• Play money cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances
• Virtual winnings have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• All purchases of play money are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify play money prices at any time

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to manipulate the system

If your account is terminated, any remaining play money balance is forfeited. No refunds will be provided for purchased play money.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Premier League Online or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Content

Our Platform displays odds and fixture data from third-party sources (API-Football). We do not guarantee the accuracy of this data and are not responsible for errors in third-party content. Odds displayed are for entertainment purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of odds or fixture information
• That the Platform will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier League Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for play money purchases in the preceding 12 months.

9. Refund Policy

All play money purchases are final. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Contact support if you believe you have grounds for a refund.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier League Online and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
